By purchasing a design package from ohlogo, the client agrees to the following terms:
• The service provided is a custom logo design, based on the selected package.
• All services are digital, non-tangible, and non-transferable.
• Final ownership and commercial rights are transferred to the client only upon full payment and delivery.
• ohlogo reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise by the client.
• Revisions are limited to the number specified in the package and must align with the original brief. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
• Clients must provide clear and accurate information through the brief. Delays due to missing or unclear input are the client’s responsibility.
• ohlogo is not responsible for legal trademark registrations, domain names, or third-party printing unless explicitly agreed.
Privacy Policy
ohlogo collects only the necessary personal data to process your order and communicate with you during the design process.
We do not share or sell personal information with third parties.
All data is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased service.
By using our website or submitting a brief, you consent to this privacy policy.
Refund Policy
Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
• The client must request the refund within 7 days of purchase.
• No final logo files must have been delivered.
• Refunds are not available after final delivery or in cases where significant design work has already been completed.
• In the event of a dispute, ohlogo will attempt to resolve the issue amicably. However, malicious or fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.
Digital Product Policy
All design services and logo deliveries are considered digital products.
Due to their nature, once the design files are sent, the sale is final and non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for storing and backing up their own files after delivery.
ohlogo will retain a copy for 30 days in case of re-sending upon request.
Custom Project Policy
For custom projects beyond the listed packages, clients must contact ohlogo directly via email at hey@ohlogo.com.
Custom projects may include extended branding, visual systems, or large-scale design needs.
A separate quote and timeline will be agreed upon before starting.
Custom projects are subject to these same terms and may include additional conditions specific to the project scope.
